Policies

We love our clients at Quality Culture Detail, and we want to ensure everyone feels satisfied. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to ensure every car and customer has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Late Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take a fee of 15 - 25 dollars, depending on package level. Talk to us to find out more.

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Damage

We care about keeping our vehicles safe from any accidents or damages. That being said, any damage found on the car beforehand will be noted, and pictures will be taken as needed. Quality Culture Detail is not responsible for damage caused before or after the detail. 

Loss of Personal Items

Obviously, we want you to get back what you started with. Please ensure that you have taken out any items of value from your vehicle. We will never take any of your items off of the worksite, and want to make sure that you feel comfortable and trust us. The only time personal belongings would be removed from the vehicle is during cleaning and reorganization. For example, things in the trunk may be removed while the trunk is being cleaned- yet, they will be returned, neatly, once the job is done. If you experience loss of a personal item, please contact us. Things like small jewelry and coins are easily sucked up by our vacuums. We do note items left in the vehicle to ensure peace of mind.

Extra Charges

Life happens, and cars get messy- we totally understand. However, at the end of the day, we also have jobs to do. If the car isn't in the condition that it was described, extra charges may be enforced. Things that would affect your bill would be biohazardous material, excess animal hair, mold, etc. 

By Purchasing any package the buyer agrees to and acknowledges everything listed above.
